Below are my favorite places to eat in Marco Island that are totally worth checking out while on your vacation!
1. Sami’s

- Type of Food: Seafood, Pizza, & Pasta
Sami’s in Marco Island serves up some delicious fresh seafood, pizza, & pasta!
The sweet owner compliments this already wonderful place to eat in Marco Island!
He’s genuinely friendly, taking time to chat with every guest and show appreciation for their visit.
The stromboli and lasagna are must-tries, and trust me, the pizza sauce is outstanding (best I have ever had)!
If this place couldn’t get any better, they serve bottomless brunch on Saturday & Sundays as well as offer daily live music!
They do accept reservations.
2. Doreen’s Cup of Joe

Doreen’s Cup of Joe hands down serves up the best breakfast in Marco Island!
My personal favorites are their famous french toast, yummy acai bowl, and hearty breakfast sandwich.
If you are an iced tea lover, they have some of the best iced tea served in cute mason jars!
Personally, I love sitting out on their front porch area—it’s the perfect spot to enjoy your breakfast.
They only allow reservations for parties of 8 or more.

3. CJ’s On the Bay

CJ’s on the Bay provides both indoor & outdoor seating as well as an outdoor bar area where you can enjoy food & drinks.
Fun fact – they have the largest outdoor gazebo bar in Marco Island!
While sitting outside, you can take in the view of the bay while you watch the boats dock.
If you are there for dinner, you are guaranteed a good spot for viewing the sunset!
At night, they have fire stacks (shown in the photo below) that will keep you warm on chilly nights.
It is located in the strip of Esplanade Shoppes at Marco Island.
I personally always went for the special of the day which is constantly rotating and serves up some great seafood!
They do accept reservations on their website.

4. Mango’s Dockside Bistro

Mango’s Dockside Bistro has my vote for the best place to eat in Marco Island for dinner.
It offers indoor & outdoor seating with great views of the bay.
My personal favorite dish is the Chilean Sea Bass – a must try!
It is located in the Esplanade Shoppes at Marco Island.
Reservations are allowed for parties of 10 or larger.
5. Deep Lagoon Seafood

Deep Lagoon Seafood is another great restaurant to try located in the Esplanade Shoppes at Marco Island.
A theme here is that the Esplanade Shoppes at Marco Island are not lacking in the food department lol! 😂
I always make sure to stop by here at least once on my trip for their delicious hushpuppies!
It offers indoor & outdoor seating with great views of the bay.
They do take reservations.
6. 10k Alley at JW Marriott

- Type of Food: Bar Food
10k Alley is located inside the JW Marriott – but you don’t need to be a guest at this hotel to visit.
It is a great place to eat in Marco Island if you’re coming with kids as they offer bowling, mini golf, and arcade games for kids to enjoy.
They have a bar that serves some great craft beer (over 40 varieties!) & bar food.
They don’t accept reservations.

7. Tesoro at JW Marriott

- Great Place to Grab Drinks & Enjoy the View
Tesoro is a great place to enjoy drinks in Marco Island.
It is also located in the JW Marriott, but you don’t have to be a guest at the hotel to come here.
It has a terrace with tables & swings and provides the best views in Marco Island out of all of the restaurants listed here.
The food wasn’t our favorite as it did not seem worth the price tag to us.
But I felt as though I needed to include it as it provides the best view in Marco Island we experienced during our trip.
So, if you do go here, I recommend grabbing a drink and taking in the view and grabbing dinner somewhere else.
Please note it is adults only (21 and over).
Reservations are encouraged for the dining room, but not accepted in the bar, lounge, or terrace which I recommend only enjoying drinks on the terrace anyway!

8. Quinn’s on the Beach at JW Marriott

Quinn’s on the Beach is a fantastic beachside bar restaurant in Marco Island at the JW Marriott.
Please note you don’t have to be a guest at the hotel to eat here.
They serve up Caribbean inspired cuisine & tropical cocktails.
Daily at sunset they have a fire dancer for live entertainment while enjoying your dinner, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm (weather permitting).
They don’t take reservations.
9. Kane Tiki Bar & Grill at JW Marriott

- Type of Food: Polynesian
Kane Tiki Bar & Grill is a great outdoor place to eat in Marco Island to see the gulf and enjoy food & drinks.
Once again, it is located at the JW Marriott, but you don’t have to be a guest at the hotel to eat here!
They have TVs all around the place as well to catch a game while enjoying your dinner.
They have live entertainment Friday through Sunday 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Saturday from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
They do not take reservations.

10. DaVinci’s

- Type of Food: Italian
DaVinci’s is one of the best places to eat in Marco Island for authentic Italian food!
One of their most popular dishes is the Chicken Parm.
Their pasta is homemade and made fresh daily adding to its authenticity!
They also offer one of the best happy hours in Marco Island (just at their bar only) from 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm daily, offering lower-priced alcoholic beverages and small bites.
11. Wake Up Marco Coffee Shop

- Type of Food: Pastries & Coffee
- Please note they are closed on Sundays.
Wake Up Marco is the only local coffee shop in Marco Island – making it a must try!
Check out their selection of yummy baked goods and signature lattes – especially the Italian Trooper (Hazelnut & Amaretto).
I appreciate their early opening times at 6:15 am during the week as that can be hard to come by!
12. Cafe San Marco in JW Marriott

The Illy Coffee at Cafe San Marco in the JW Marriott is my favorite coffee in Marco Island!
Once again, you don’t need to be a guest at the hotel to come here.
They offer an assortment of pastries and great cold brew, lattes, mochas, and more.
13. Snook Inn

Snook Inn is located along the river in Marco Island and comes highly regarded – especially for its outdoor area with live music!
We frequented this place twice while on our trip, and while the food wasn’t our favorite in Marco Island, it is worth coming to sit along the river, watch the boats come in, and enjoy some live music!
They offer live music daily during lunch & dinner times, and they are renowned for having some of the best drinks on Marco Island!
14. Lee Be Fish

Lee Be Fish is a great place to eat in Marco Island for lunch if you are looking for a quick bite and fresh fish.
Their fish tacos are fresh and delicious and a popular item on their menu for good reason!
15. Marco Prime Steak & Seafood Restaurant

If you’re looking for high-end dining in Marco Island, consider checking out Marco Prime Steak & Seafood Restaurant.
It has been voted one of the best restaurants on Marco Island!
Due to the higher prices, it is not a restaurant I would frequent often, but it is worth checking out if you’re interested in fine dining.
They do accept reservations.
16. Sweet Annie’s Ice Cream Parlour

If you’re looking for the best ice cream in Marco Island, Sweet Annie’s Ice Cream Parlour is your go-to place!
It is one of the only original locally-owned ice cream shops in Marco Island, and they offer over 40 different flavors of ice cream with unique flavors like Elephant Ear, Cotton Candy, and more.
They also offer an assortment of vintage soda and candy.
